July is a Nutrition Month Celebration. Now, many people are having sickness because of the virus that enter to our country. This virus named A(H1 N1). In other countries, many people die because of this virus. In Philippines more than 2000 victims. Here in Ilocos, there are two victims, one from Narvacan and another one from Candon.
There are some tips to avoid this virus. Hand washing, eating nutritious foods and daily exercise. Healt is wealth so that we must keep our sorroundings clean.
